Why do we need a new building when the enrollment is so much lower than it used to be 20-30 years ago?
Answer: One of our core beliefs is to focus on students first. In doing so, we have the need for additional space above what we had 30 years ago. These special spaces, ie., broadcasting, technology, TAG, take up more room in our building. As the state continues to mandate additional programs, ie, all day kindergarten, we must find additional spaces. In preparing for these and future needs of our students we need additional spaces.

I was at the previous meetings at the fire house and saw the pictures of under the building and was at the tour March 15th tour. I wanted my brother Firemen to see the pictures underneath the building. There were none to be seen. I think you should display posters on the doors and walls where the pictures reflect the under side of the building.
Thank you for your suggestion and we are doing that for future tours. There are also a variety of pictures of the crawl space and damage on the www.hl70more.com website. Thank you for serving your community as a fireman.
