Is the building really in that bad of shape?
Answer: Yes. The exterior and floors of the building appear to be in acceptable condition. However, the infrastructure, heating and ventilation systems are in very poor condition. You guys need a new building. Your Jr. High Gym is really small. My son said the locker room heat was really to hot and one of his friends passed out in the locker room. We like our new school. Go Warriors.
Thank you for your concern. You have a really nice facility at Mohawk. We had steam problems with the older piping under the building in that area and it has since been corrected. Unfortunately it cosmetic damage to the walls, doors, floors in hall and old gym.

I went on a tour, and the building IS that bad. I was surprised at all the asbetsos floors, small rooms, the one room that's starting to crumble into the ground, the shared rooms, it is just a shame that is the best we can give our kids. It's embarassing...
